Game freezes randomly for a few seconds

These are my PC specs : RX470 8GB,I54460 ,8GB RAM,Win10,SSD. I've been experiencing more freezing in league that isn't a huge graphical game than the latest cod game (MW),how is this possible? these tiny seconds of freezing cost me games at times ,because they happen randomly and with no warning ,just sudden.What i'm i to do about this? going to the support? ,they'd just feed some bs without being of any help .

Things that causes fps drops:

Bad internet connection
High CPU/GPU and Memory usages

You can check all of those from the control panel and see for yourself if there is some problem.

Tips:

Close the client during games. You can close the client automatically from the settings.
Don't open anything but the game. That means close your chrome browser.
Make sure that you have enough space on your local drive. Clear some catches and delete some files. Delete your LoL logs files.

Did you have a Yasuo in the game? Last patch everytime Yasuo used his first Tornado the game froze for a few seconds for everyone on our team.

Yep has been happening as well and I have a better comouter. Are you getting this only in League or other games too ?
