Does Riot plan on reworking older legendary-tier skins?
As an example, Annie in Wonderland or Magnificent Twisted Fate could really use some love!

That just seems like a lot of extra work for something that doesn't relate to current projects. It's probably really low on the priority list if at all.
They won't, they dont have the money for that.

Then they should seriously lower the RP price of said skins.
Brolaf is barely worth 1350, let alone 1820 and he is one of the better "crappy Legendary"-skins.
