How did i not get S?

I went 40/7/5 as Twitch in Ranked with 331 cs in 58 min. Is cs the reason for not getting the S? Or did i need more kills? I was full build by like 20-25 min.

CS is a really big factor in the grade like i had a average sivir score it was like 11-8 but i had just farmed the whole game and got an S

Because the Grade system is full of sh*t just like the rest of the balance on this game.

Ya there could be other factors like how long the game last. Seeing as how it was close to an hour you would have needed a lot better score. If it was a 20-30 min game then I would assume this would be an S+.
