PreSeason6 Reworks

I'm extremely unhappy with how incredibly useless Quinn, my main and easily the most unique adc in the game, is going to become. Has anyone else read this crap? Her ult, upon being hit by a champ, tower shot or anything immobilizing completely shuts off the ult and forces Skystrike to activate. Not only does this completely screw the ability do dive anyone with her ult but makes her chase potential absolute junk now. This is easily the worst idea since not giving Graves a cigar. But seriously, being that Quinn in my main, this disgusts me. What's more? Removing her Dueling tool on her Q in the form of her Blind? Are you serious? This and her ult is what made Quinn what she is, removing it destroys her ability to be the only true Assassin grade ADC. She can't force-win trades because of clever mechanical use, she can't speed strike in under turrets and get out anymore and regardless of the well-meant intentions of the design team that ult most of all is a pure tragedy.
