How come they isnt decreased penalty for the rest of the players with a leaver on their team??

I mean i just dropped a div because they were 2 leavers from minut 1 of. So im really wondering how you dont lose less points or so when theres a leaver on your team. I've played both Dota and HoN and they implemented a 50% decrease in "lost points" whenever theres a leaver on your team, and i find that very fair. So im just wondering since RIOT has so much communication between developers and players, how this haven't been a discussed topic yet??

Because then dynamic queue players would abuse something like that by having one of them dodge at the last second or something so the rest of them don't get punished severally for being garbage at the game.

A system like that would be nice but keep in mind we're playing league of premades who abuse dynamic queue for boosting their garbage "friends"
