Double standard(not demacian either)
ITT: If i cant play with someone 2 ranks below me, IE plat and silver why can a silver 1 be matched against a plat 4?

Carry1 votesThat's not really a double standard. Riot restricts who you can queue with because it is very difficult to have balanced games with wildly varying skill levels within the game.
If a silver 1 is matched against a plat 4 the silver 1's MMR is likely extremely high and his "silver 1" is just a superficial ranking that is not indicative of his skill level.
