Lucian itemization questions

Hey all,

So I haven't been keeping on top of Lucian itemization for a while now and I have a few questions.

What happened to trinity force? It still looks like an item that he benefits from all stats on.

What happened to BotRK + Ghostblade? I never really understood this build but I knew I liked playing it (weird I know).

Seems like IE first is preferred now which I understand but I'd like to know why people flame Lucian's who build the old routes.
