wtf lag after 4.20

So i get on league and was like hell ya gona play some game see the new rift every thing is good until i get in game i have more then 1000 ping and on my next game to on my second game a restarted my rotter but still got over 1000 ping it was never like this before 4.20 so what is making it do this.
