Pop-up when banning a hovered champ

Is it possible to add a pop-up when you're banning a champion that someone on your team has hovered, saying "are you sure you want to ban [champion name], someone on your team has selected this champ to play" or something along those lines? It happens fairly often that a champ that someone is hovering gets banned. this would be an easy, non-obstructive way to fix that
