'Anti troll button'

Hello, i'm not sure if this is the right place for this.. 90% of the times i dodge a queue is due to 'trolls' locking in after they missed a call or just generally attempting to make someones gaming experience hell. (Example: Say you are in champ select you call mid, someone else called it after you but insists he called it first. Everyone on your team says you called it first and for that person to just go into the last position, but they just lock in saying they will feed or something) I know a lot of people that dodge for the same reason which is just not wanting to play with someone whom just wants to make your game hell and just an aggravating experience.

I'm proposing a new feature that takes place in the champion select, i'd have no idea what to call it but the general idea would be a little button or something beside or under your ally's name, that if pressed means that person was trolling or locking in or something. Just someone people dont want to play with. If pressed by 4/5 people (obviously not including that person being accused) then everyone gets dropped out of that queue and back to waiting. and maybe the person being accused would get a 5 minute wait? Again, It would have to be pressed by 4/5 people in order to take effect that way people cant just troll by pressing the button the second you get into champ select.

Well, that's the basic idea , i and a few others feel this would honestly make league of legends alot less aggravating to play..Please consider it.. Any other input or ideas would be great! thanks.
