So I normally play Overwatch super competitively at a masters level, and i’ve gotten into league too now, (been playing a ton for like ...3.. weeks?). This is my first moba.. ever... and coming from Overwatch this game feels so balanced!

Like i get a ton of you guys don’t agree (with good reason I’m sure) but compared to OW this game’s sooo balanced it’s great. I play with a couple of my other OW friends and we laugh about how balanced this game is and how that makes it super fun to play. Only blatant problem we’ve figured is Neeko (as a whole).

I’m sure once I start my ranked journey (hyped) I’ll have some different opinions, but for now I’m just reading all the complaints and suggestions in the forums and thinking: “Wow, that’s a problem?? i had no idea!”

Anyway, keep doing your thing, I just thought it was really strange and kinda funny how experience with another game can change perception about this one.

Run from this heretic place, seriously Reddit is way better than the Boards, specially r/SummonersSchool will teach you anything you need to learn the game at it's base level.

Both the game and the community are riddled with problems. As a new player you probably won't experience them that much, but trust me, getting serious in this game is gonna cause some issues. But maybe I'm just being paranoid, idk. You can still get a lot fun out of the game.

Well if you are having good times even from the start , then I guess you will enjoy the game At anyway people are not enjoying the game because they miss the old League Of Legends , for me as someone who started at the end of season 7 , I still enjoy the game so far But take it as an advice , don't play Ranked until you master like 2 or 3 champions in each role

Boards is pretty awful, you’ll find a better community on reddit. Have fun. Pick whatever champ looks cool and don’t worry about “being bad”.

Go to leagueoflegends sub Reddit and join official discord. You can find plenty of cool people to play with (some assholes too).
