Jarvan Rework pls :)

Jarvan needs a rework ASAP, ive been playing LOL for awhile now and i see all the new champs and older champs being revamped for new seasons and new skill sets.

But the old time Favorite Jarvan gets left behind with his skills that is not up to par with the new champs coming out. Hes weak in game and no one plays him. We need a new Jarvan to satisfy the masses

He needs his armor back onto his E.. that's about it lol.

Um, they just released a rework for him in last patch actually.

It's called the Titanic Hydra.

Try it out, you'll thank me.

Wouldn't mind getting my armor back though, not gonna lie.
