2 adcs that stand out and make one class irrelevant for me

Draven and Vayne. These are literally only 2 adcs i just CANNOT kill 1v1 as a tank. I know their class as "tank shredder hypercarry" but like riot's intention of not trying to "create a meta", these champions still just happen to stand out from the rest...Not to mention that Vayne is only adc i cannot 1v1 kill lategame even as a burst assassin/fighter pantheon or talon/zed... I know im not a perfect player (high gold-low plat) and i just need to learn to play against them but they still are the only 2 adcs that always seem to be more colourful than others.. Is this what you call "meta"? Ezreal is pretty edgy to play against too as melee but at least he doesn't do absurd damage most of the time...
