can we just talk about smurfs in low elo.

i'm just a silver player in my first season trying to climb and i just had a game where i'm against a plat smurf in mid lane and three smurfs in my team that kept doing nothing but flaming me non stop for "being bad" and tilting me to no end. If you want a better quality mid laner then why not play at your own level? Are you really flaming me, a silver player who should be playing against silvers, for losing lane against a high elo player..? They actually spent all game griefing and inting and typing and saying how much they wanna report me and that it's all my fault lol what is this bullshit? Players should be facing players in their own division the whole concept of smurfing is very unfair i don't get why riot doesn't want to do anything about it. Smurfs, what kinda sick satisfaction do you get when all you do is shit on people below your level and ruin their experience?
