bot lane will always level up first if the opposing lane doesn't do it. Usually comes in handy at level 2 3 and 6.

Most junglers don't usually do a full clear anyways, so it'll respawn by the time they'd get to it.

Cons, coming to lane chunked you might get bullied a bit... That's the only con I can think of

Most jumglers start on those two to make their clears easier, Krugs and Gromp are the start off points for the jungle now. Now depending on your jungler and their clear speed, you could take the one on the opposite camp and it might be up when they get to it.

Considering that's where many junglers start their clears, yes it would heavily affect them, especially since the exp and gold will do you next to no good compared to the lessened hp you'll be walking into lane with.

Yeah those should actually be the jungle starting points, so yes it does affect them.

option 1. smite for the buff and tank the krugs/gromp and let the adc take the kill. You will still be able to farm jungle no sweat and your adc will start lane at level 2.

option number 2. jungle starts on opposite side of jungle from adc and the support tanks the krugs/gromp. ADC takes 0 damage and goes to lane while support b's and buys an extra ward or pots. support needs to be quick but most ADCs should be fine and the extra xp from being solo in lane should put them even farther ahead.

option number 3. mix options 1 and 2 together. start nunu(or another sustain jungler) top jungle and smite the krug/gromp and let top laner take the kill while bot lane does option 2. This puts jungler a little behind but nunu should be able to make it up pretty quickly with counter jungling

Option number 3. puts your lanes ahead from the start(as long as bot plays passive till the support shows up). meaning less ganks needed early on. The xp and gold loss is very minimal since most junglers B and get their jungle item after 2-3 camps right now anyways.

Most games I will do option 1 so that the support doesn't haven't to B. There is a definite advantage to doing this. Most counter junglers won't be level 3 if they invade so you should both be at level 2 if he does try to jump you.

The main issue is if it is worth (above the level of skill needed to use the level advantage), then it becomes mandatory. This in turn means jungles cannot start bot side, making their jungle routes more predictable and easier to counter jungle.
