Im not going to finish 4v5 matches.

I dont care if I get caught by Leaverbuster, I will not bother and try to win hopeless matches. I put 100% effort into a game then this @sshole leaves and never comes back or doesnt even connect. I know Im putting the remaining teammates into an even more hopeless situation but I simply dont care anymore. In Heroes of Newerth at least I get my share of the gold acquired by the leaving member but here? NOTHING. One person leaves and your last 40 minutes can go down the drain. Thats BS. On lower ELO you MIGHT be able to carry a 4v5 or 3v5 match yourself but thats not gonna happen anywhere above gold (unless your team already has a HUGE lead when a member disconnects.) And of course the remaining members will never concede because "it can be won guys!!1!" (the enemy has full map control, we got 2 inhibitors down and they`re up 15 kills) --> 20 more minutes of pain after which we get stomped anyway. Nuh-uh.

Im sure I seem like a d1ck right now but I am not. I simply hate the fact that my hands are tied and my fate is sealed the moment someone disconnects.

Tl;dr Give us tools. Give us a share of his gold/extra levels/whatever is needed to have a TINY bit of chance at winning. Give us a 2 min pause window. Give us a remake option when someone doesnt connect to a match. Cant you really come up with something? Anything? In 5 years? Please.
