Cassaiopia or Vladmir

Well to be honest neither are real op like zed at the moment, there fairly balanced which is a good thing lol. My personal opinion is go Cassiopeia out of them 2 because her kit is a lot of fun and twin fang does a ton of damage. Vlad just feels a little awkward now and is very predictable being that the enemy can see when his bar is about to turn red and they know not to engage them till its gone, kinda like gnar. If you want OP and fun, I would recommend Swain.

I recommend Yorick. Nobody knows what he does or when he is strong and its super easy to stomp with him.
