Champion play rate in ARURF?

I see Nidalee, Jax, and MIss Fortune in almost every game, but champions like Darius, Olaf, Fizz, and Teemo are almost never seen. Why is this? doesn't seen very random to me.

haven't seen fizz and olaf yet in over 20 or 30 games

Random is just that, random. If you flip a coin ten times, you can get ten tails in a row, or ten heads. Doesn't mean it isn't random.

I literally see a Maokai in every single game or at least every second game. It's far from random.
