Corki in 9.18

Corki really needs a buff early game his damage is pathetic and his only power spike is when he's level 16 or he has his 4th item most games end or are close to being ended by the time that rolls around. Corki has a 45% Win rate and barely has any presence in solo queue he is one of the most squishiest champions in the game . And against Popular champions like Zed, Yasuo, Ahri, Fizz, Malzahar, Vladimir, and Kassadin he has horrible Win rates. And with Kassadin's Win Rate against Corki being almost 60% and the only mid laner Corki counters being annie with a 54% Win rate. When ever i try to play Corki in solo queue i'm always told how garbage of a champ Corki is, I enjoy playing Corki but it's difficult to climb with him in solo queue with him and i'd like to see a buff or a rework with Corki.
