Pls tell me why I get a bad team when I play with friends or family its' so frustrating

So I play games with my brother and then i get people that just walk into towers, get jebaited because they dont know how the game works, people trying to play lee sin but kicking a feeded vlad into my adc. So I went a game on my own and i won straight away, with an awesome team.

You may be judging me hahhahh look that bronze flamer but I have so much experience and it happens so fucking much even in normal. I am now finally getting used to playing ranked and I just can't climb because of this.

My question is why do i get punished for playing whit friends or family.

Normal queue doesn't consider Ranked MMR and consequentially, a Diamond in Ranked could have Silver MMR in normals and get placed into games they have no business being in.
When you group with friends, it artificially raises your MMR to compensate for the improved teamwork and communication you should have.

Tl;DR: If you're going to duo+ with people, put your carry pants on or you're statistically less likely to win.
