Buff Sightstone

I play a variety of roles in LoL (not exceptionally well but still), and theres something I found with the new Yellow Trinket upgrade, that being the regenerating wards. I found that I often was doing a lot of just running around in the mid-late game while we were looking for good teamfights, and being able to nearly constantly have a ward up to throw down in case we were going to fight in an area was something I really liked. Then I played support the next game, did the usual get sightstone and ditch my totem but I found in that mid-late area that I was stuck going back more often than I liked because I kept running out of wards to place, so I could refocus my team's vision into other areas. I know it would be a bit broken to have it so Sightstone regenerated all 4 of its charges to I propose kinda mashing the upgraded warding totem into Sightstone in that if the Sightstone has under 2 charges left on it, it will begin to regenerate charges until it reaches 2. That way its not more powerful than the trinket but at the same time affords Supports the extended warding time that the yellow does while still allowing them to buy sweeper
