skin bug
i reroled 3 skins and it gave me soul river draven and didnt show me that i own the skin after that i start a game to see if i own it but no i didnt so what to do ?

Sarutobi1 votesWith things like this, bugs can happen, and usually they can be fixed with a simple Logging out and back in. If that doesn't work, try to get some screenshots, especially if its in your shop history. Just screen shot it and send a support ticket.

Yes, relog and it should appear. I had the same problem with the free emote recently.
