Annie's ultimate has been very strong for a long time. the insta stun from tibbers is incredibly over powered in my opinion and players should at least get time to react. Thats why i think maybe you should make it a delay of some sort kind of like veigars E. Maybe in the animation before tibbers is summoned it shows Annie throwing her teddy bear and it transforming into the tibbers we know. (Some changes to her fire would also be cool :P, kind of like rumble)
IllllllIIIIlllll2 votesThen annie would use q or w to stun and guarantee land a tibbers. This is only nerfing Annie's utility in teamfights by making it harder to land a multiple person stun; laning would pretty much be unaffected.

If it helps you, the threads complaining that Lux and Cho'gath were OP was an Annie main, so maybe encouraging one of your teammates to pick one of those champs would help your team control her.
