Do you remember the old system? It was pretty much equal. Like every 30 minute match you got like 80 IP so it took like 8 30 minute games to get 640 IP and now games are shorter and it takes about the same time to get that much Blue essence just more games because games are shorter. And champion shards can make champions cheaper to get so it is actually quicker to get champions than before.
