Riot, i really need your help

So im playing and i realize my teamates are subpar but i really didn't think too much and just put it and waited for another loss. The the Voli says this is his second game in ranked ever, i am very suprised and go on lolnexus to check this out. To my even bigger suprise i have not 1 not 2 but 3 people who haven't played more than 5 games in ranked.... Against their whole team who has played more than 100 games each in ranked this season. What is wrong with your matchmaking i would request some lp if this was a mistake because unranked players who have never played league before should not be in fucking silver games.
