Loot Trading System

I think that it would be pretty cool if players could trade skin shards between those in your friends list. Then they dont just go to boring BE and can be used by someone who wants it. I think opening it up to champion shards would make it too easy to own every champion but it would be pretty nice to be able to trade at least skin shards. What do you think?
