Rework for Runes

I don't want to see Free runes like masteries cause I've spent so much RP in rune pages like 60$ or at least riot should give us 60$ RP to us if they gonna make Rune Pages for Free ........ >>>>>>>>>> It Pisses me off when people get Stuff for Free when I'm paying so much money for that ........
