I really wish the leaver buster could tell the difference between a technical error and actually abandoning games. My client started crashing and freezing my computer, so i did things to fix it and now it rarely happens. but when it does i get punished even if i make it back in every time. i understand people could just unplug and make it look like an accident. it just feels a little unfair when you get punished for something that isnt intentional and you have worked to fix it.

I think that's quite an unfair statement.
Fact is, no one user can say with certainty the problem is with Riot's servers. Anyone who's worked in IT can attest to that fact. The majority of the time it's the User (whether they know it or not), or something between the user and Riot. Riot acknowledges there have been and are problems. Not that all problems are theirs.
Not to mention they are dropping a fortune to create a Network specifically for gamers who play ANY game over the network. Not just their own. That's more than any other company has done to date to try and alleviate the stress of lag, ping, and service interruptions of online games.
I game with an active community from all over the US and Canada. None of us have ever had an issue with Leaver Buster. And when we do, it's been on our end. any time Riot posted that there were server issues, none of us ever encountered Leaver Buster. None of us have frequent network problems at all. Considering we're located in roughly 20 different states and 2 countries, I doubt it's a perk of location.
The one time I received a temporary ban from Leaver Buster, I was having frequent connection issues and ended up replacing my router. the problem solved, the ban lifted, and I never encountered it again.
Leaver Buster unfortunately can't and won't tell the difference between user error and technical and there is a simple reason for that. Even in the case of technical error: It's nevatively impacting 9 other player experiences. Considering the average player does not experience frequent issues to the point that Leaver Buster intervenes, leads me to believe that the cases where it does intervene, have an above average level of interuption.
It's unfortunate that problems that are out of our control as players prevent us from enjoying a game we love and care about. But if you are consistently the cause of imbalance and negative experiences, it doesn't matter if it's your fault, I wouldn't want you in my game either.

case and point for shit policy is my last two games my first game i had a bad team was 4th slot so went supp to be nice the adc sucked hard mid dc and jungle was a true blue shitdry who never ganked and wondered why he had problems when he sat farming jungle with a dc and shit adc
that game in of it self can be called meh wahtever shit happens
but following the game getting a dumbass saying "gg" "someone dodge" all becuase he didnt get to ban and you follow that up with being the very first pick and getting hard countered and you find your self wondering what did i do to deserve a dumbass like this lee
you call it bad luck i call it shit policy with no structure and the few people who should never speak being allowed to be completely ruin the mood and game for others
there is lore the constant nerfing the none stop carting to the people who jsut need to shut up and play im sure if i was foaming at the mouth id be able to give you a dozen more exmalpes the thing is i dont work at riot i shouldnt have to even think about trying to explain why lyte needs to be firied and trust me he does it will only get worse on the reporting side of the game i shouldt have to tell them why the ass hat nerfing every thing needs to have his beloved nerf bat stolen either
