REMAKES - a question and help with an explanation Plz

I just played a game where our jg afk from the very beginning of the game, he didnt even get to buy items. How come we did not get a remake at 3 mins? Riot please give my lp back.

Well did someone died before the 3rd min? Did you used the command /remake and the reamke vote didnt come out? Then the highest possibility in my opinion is that ammumu was having like 1000 ping and couldnt move but he was in the game before leaving the game entirely and stayed for at least 3 mins trying to move, so you lost the window to remake.

Well mumu never left the fountain and i tried to do the remake at the 3 mins mark (even though you usually get a message saying you can remake) but nothing

Well i did have a normal game where i was in and i had high ping and i was moving back and forth in the fountain ( at least in my screen ) but my friends said i wasnt moving and for 5 mins i couldnt move then i close it and reconnected and i could play with high ping but at least i was moving. I think it may have been this case for you. So send a support ticket so someone look into this and answer you if ammumu was afk or was in game and couldnt move cause ping, server issue or i dont know what else the spaghetti code can do.
