How fast should nidalee clear her first time through?

I've been experimenting with different builds in custom games for nidalee. How fast should her first jungle clear be and how much health should she have left?

I find I can clear about as fast using a 12/18/0 build as I can with a 12/0/18 build (4:28 v 4:20 in my test). Is that fast or slow? Also, starting with spear and taking heal second seems to clear just as fast as starting traps and taking spear second. Am I doing it wrong?
