New project skins PROBLEM?

New project skins have been released (project ashe/ekko/kata), but cant be bought yet, anyone knows why, or is it just me? xD btw i am on EUNE will they be available later, in next patch? funny thing is all the changes +skins+new hextech cases were supposed to be in patch 6.15, tho they arent, even tho the patch is already on.

Patches are generally on Tuesday, while new skins (and sometimes on champions) are made available the following Thursday.

They are in this patch, but have not been officially released yet. I'm sure there will be a promo page when they're ready to go.
