Does Expose Weakness work with Mordekaiser's ultimate ghost? Mordekaiser

Reading the description on the Mastery, it says that enemies take 3% more damage from your allies, and isn't Morde's ghost working as an ally?

Since it has the same items and runes and masteries as the people it came from, doesn't that also mean that the ghost can have expose weakness and therefore buff Morde's attacks as well? [zombie-brand-mindblown]

Does anyone have any information that can confirm or deny this?

It does not.

I believe Morde's ghost is a minion. Do champion-only abilities affect it?

Yes Champion only abilities affect it For the purpose of damaging it.

Healing it is excluded from and any benefitial champion ability affect
