Elise still 6.3k IP?

I don't have the link but another thread from 10 months ago said "Why wasn't Elise made less IP?" or something. I couldn't find out how to post on the forums (I'M A DUMB NOOB) and I'm not even sure if this is where I should be posting this but isn't Elise supposed to be less IP by now? She was released 2 years ago, almost 3. Anyone explain why certain champs are more IP than others, and possibly how to post to the forums? XD sorry if I'm such a noob but I didn't find this on google...and I want to buy Elise next but sooo expensive! Ty

Whenever a new champion is released, the oldest remaining 6300 IP champion gets reduced to 4800. So just for the sake of example: Rek'Sai is being released, and let's say that Nami's release date was before that of all the other 6300 IP champions; once Rek'Sai is released, Nami drops to 4800.

Nami isn't the oldest of the 6300 IP champs, but it's just an example. Hope it makes sense.

I will tell you, its the dumbest way to to do it by Riot standards but (pardon these words community) idiots will say otherwise.

Here's how it happens, when they release a new champion, the last 6300 champion will be reduced, the next being Sejuni, but when a champion is either redone or changed they sometimes reduce one champion between 4800-1350 depending on (in my opinion) how much they are either played or just because.

To me, its dumb because there was a 3 month period where nothing was done on LoL except a few changes here and there. These past few months have been the most active they've ever been.

But, to me, I would like to see (because of that 3 month silence) 3 champions between 4800 and 1350 to be reduced.

My preferences go as for... Corki Cassiopeia Evelynn Gragas Kassadin Leblanc Maokai Rammus Sion Skarner Talon Taric Tristana Urgot Yorick & Zilean because of nerfs or changes that hurt each of these champs.

Just 3 of these.

But if we allow 6300... Aatrox Azir (bugs) Elise Khazix Lucian Sejuani Yasuo Zac & Ziggs also due to nerfs and changes that hurt their gameplay.

With them so high, few people will play as them long enough to get use to the faults. Therefor they will not like these champions. If you do, its a preference thing.
