There should be a tradeoff for tping botlane obviously, because in fact it can be gamewinning, if you coordinate your jungler correctly then this wont happen anyway, and doesnt happen every game for sure. Its like saying " I am away from my turret for 3 waves and suddendly the turret died, wtf riot". Its just stupid.
