AFK team mates in Ranked - Riot Pls

I am basically wrong this post out of frustration from getting afks in Ranked games.

I have devoted a lot of my time to this game and I love ranked on my main account. The most frustrating thing in the world is after spending hours of game time struggling to win ranked games, a troll or person eith bad Internet destroys your chance at winning the game.

Riot, why are you punishing entire teams for this? In solo que games why not create a simple rule system to deal with afks in a way that isn't negative for their innocent teammates?

It would be reasonably easy to implement. Something along the lines of:

If a player in a solo que ranked game afks for more than, let's say 10 minutes, and then afk players team loses, the team mates of the afk players should receive loss prevented and the afk only should lose regular LP.

Why is that so hard for you to implement riot? Stop punishing people for others bad Internet or decision to troll. I am hoping others see this as a decent idea. By setting a time limit on the afk - even 15 minutes etc it should prevent the loss prevention from being abused.

A lot of games have this feature in some way, shape, or form. However, I've yet to hear a statement from about this issue. It would also be abused in a multitude of ways, like just sitting in base doing nothing running around.

I have a better suggestion to implement this feature: If the player exits the game and does not return before the end, they automatically lose extra LP / MMR and his teammates do not receive a penalty. If it was through marginal error of the player, then no harm done.

However, like I said, there will be abuse. So this system would also need a version of "Counter-Strike: Global Offensive"'s Overwatch program where players can literally watch the match, every aspect of it. Including both team chats.

If the said player just runs around in the base doing nothing so the automated system does not take care of the issue, the teammates should be able to file a 'report' for it and it could be dealt with in the Overwatch program and could be dealt with like our Tribunal system.

Reward: Re-gain your LP/MMR. If in promotions, get a free win!

Of course it would be difficult to actually implement something like this, however it owuld be neat to actually be able to SEE something similiar to it.

You could also reward the players who actually watch the match by giving them... say... idk... A randomly generated free skin ever certain amount of correct reports (10+?) Watching an entire match, even in 2x-5x speed, can be a hassle.
