Taric's Homeguard Run

I really love Taric's homeguard run animation and it got me thinking, why doesn't he run like that all the time if he has enough speed? (ie mobi boots)

gets to keep her homeguard run animation when she has mobis. I think it would be a really small but super appreciated change to make to him if it's possible!

A lot of champions get their homerun animation when they have enough speed Bard Syndra There's more but i dont actually play a lot of different champions so idk which ones beside these XD
