I think Quinn is even worst now with the changes now that she does not have a blind she cant trade effectively in lane (Top lane) that mechanism was the one to make me win the lane and now what happened to the ultimate?
You cannot attack while you have valor on top of you only the movement speed but it is slower compared to the valor alone plus she had a pretty good burst while she was in valor form yeah it was high risk high reward please riot.

SpiderTeo1 votesI always saw Quinn as an ADC, and had much success using her in that role. I don't see her as being a regular top or mid laner, outside of using a ranged champ to counter melee champs.
An Schloady1 votesI gotta say, reading that really hurt my brain, but most of it I do agree with. I played Quinn with high CDR and high damage so I can find and assassinate the enemy squishies quickly, and with 40% CDR the ult was up fairly often. Now that the assassination tools are going to be gone, I'm gonna have to completely change my play style, which sucks because I've been playing Quinn for as long as I can remember. The only thing that makes sense now is building crit chance and a Triforce. I'm really gonna miss the ult. Also I'm not sure if its going to be that high but when I was watching the spotlight for Quinn the ult took 120 mana to activate, has a 2 second channel time and has a 3 second CD... I'm okay with having a channel time but with a cd that short, the mana shouldn't cost that much and the channeling should be shorter, especially because your channeling an ability that doesn't really do much to the enemy team. Honestly why put a channel on it anyways.
