Lost my Platinum 3v3 promo's to an all challenger group.

They only had two wins, two games.

It sucks that groups can just remake their team if they do bad the first time around, or even if they just want to remake. It's not fun for the groups that are actually climbing.

Just my two-cents but I think ranked teams should have something like commitment fees (2000 IP each player?) to prevent easy smurfing. In solo-queue, people are required to level to 30 before ranking up and that's kind of like a pre-ranked commitment.

pretty sure diamond+ players have more than enough IP to pay that fee without giving a fuck about it.

Don't bother with 3s ranked near the end of a season. It's just plat+ players trying to see how high they can cheese their ranking. I had a 3s team last year just trying to get out of mid silver, and for every fair game we had we went against a team of vastly higher elo that had played less than 5 games.

this statement could not be more wrong, in order to be competitive they have to spend all their ip on rune pages and runes

You mean you could not be more wrong. Most people by the time they get diamond have 15+ rune pages and almost every rune they could possibly need. In fact, most of them smurf up to diamond as well and get by on 3 pages no problem. I think you should watch some streams or actually make it to a higher elo before making claims with no facts to back them up.

well, 3v3 matchmakeing is rather bad especially at higher elos simply because u don'T have so much players playing it. The onger the Que takes, the broader the search gets, meaning u can get enemys with a very different elo. the other thing is facing the same enemys over and over again as they are the only team with sith similar mmr in the Que

and Riot hasn't done anything about it for years
