Dear Riot

I have a couple of questions i hope you can answer. Why don't you make urf permanent and make a ranking system for it while also adding other game modes during the weekend? Why don't you bring solo queue back? Instead of perma banning and banning these guys for being toxic have them login to a different client only for toxic players? And most importantly why don't i have pbe access yet?I've been waiting for a long a** time!!!!!! But yea those are my questions some of you guys or preferably riot answer them please and don't try to go around the question answer it as i wrote it thank you for your time.
