New Position Select Qualms

Hello Riot and Rioteers,

I would like to address a serious problem I have been facing ever since the new champion select update. You at Riot may have thought that the new dual champion select was a great idea but I have to disagree. Ever since the update I have only played my main position once. I usually select Mid as my main and for my secondary position I will select supp because the champions I like to play as can double as either mid or supp. That being said I much rather be my MAIN position than my secondary position yet every single time I choose this combination of MID PRIMARY and SUPP SECONDARY I am always forced to be the SUPP. I get it that not a lot of people want to supp and majority of the time I just play SUPP and no qualms but enough is enough RIOT. I want to play mid God dammit and ever since the update I have been mid maybe 3 times out of a 100 games and I am not exaggerating.

Let me ask what is the point of even having a MAIN AND SECONDARY feature if you are going to give the SECONDARY position to the person 97% of the time? I can understand a 70-30 ratio or even a 50-50 but no matter what it's always the SUPP position I am forced into. It's gotten to the point that when my lane starts losing that I start exhibiting troll-like behavior: Teammates say I am feeding because the enemy ADC is fed, I start roaming because my ADC is crap or I just start jungling because I can't get gold for the items I need to actually sustain in a team fight and our jungler gets pissed. No matter what it is lose-lose for me and I hate being the scapegoat. Is there anyway you can update the game so that the people who pick a position for main actually get oh IDK that position majority of the time? This would be great. Like I said I wouldn't have qualms if I was secondary even 50% of the time but to have it 90%+ is just ridiculous. (Philly Accent:) You got a %%%%% finnin' to quit. PLEASE RIOT!
