Crazy AFK System?

It annoys me when i have to wait 3-10 minutes for a game, take a further 5 minutes to load in and then have to start a new game when somebody is AFK. This is fine, however there is no constellation for us who wasted our time but only a punishment of those who go AFK. I feel that we should ether be awarded with around 100 ip or something along those lines because my PC is very slow so it annoys me deeply.
