Do you think...?

Do you think that Blitzcrank is in need of a rework? It looks pretty "old" to me and, since the release of the new Zaun's lore and story (which includes Viktor), I'd like to imagine Blitzcrank similar at what it is now, but with some modifications. I mean, Viktor created it as a supporting machine, right now it looks goofy. Sorry for the bad english, hope someone understands! :v
