Nasus, what can we do?

Ok, I have had many games where i played against a nasus in lane, even his counters like teemo and darius. They are supposed to counter him by stopping him from collecting stacks effectively, but its not working. If you play as teemo and go against him you will not win, because all he has to do is rush a cloak and just keep going with his farming. his passive lifesteal makes it to where he doesnt even have to worry about your attacks, and to stay on the offensive all he has to do is drop his w which, even if not doing ap, does alot of damage against a teemo. So my point to all of this is what can you do to stop him? All he has to do is build a sheen + all tank items and he can out run, out damage, and out tank any adc or top laner. what can we do?
