why some players always says "i'm lagging sry" and still play rank game

I try to add them as friend to check what are they going to do and they are still playing rank game. I have to lose LP for these guys.

It's riot's fault for not showing your ping before you connect to a game. I blame them.

Because sometimes, even after you make sure your computer/internet is in good condition by playing a custom/bots/normal game, the problem arises again. Yesterday I played a custom game to check my ping, then played a bot game to check my internet condition. I got to normal, and I got 700~10000 ping. Shit happens.

You can be playing fine all day, and then, BAM you start lagging. The problem is that a lot of the new champions have ults and abilities that really slow down the ping when used. Plus the new patches ALWAYS cause lag for a few days.

I have a gaming computer, ethernet cable connection, and nerd level internet and I still get lag some games.
