Flex que is so fucking terrible to play

I play flex que so I can practice champs in a serious environment, but flex que might even be worse than normals at this point. The match making is grossly unbalanced, where 2 games ago my mid and bot have a combined kda of 3/30. The next game my bot lane goes 0/10 in lane because we had a bronze adc and the enemy had a gold adc. I could spam my main champs and hit diamond still, but god damn does this mode suck for just trying to work on newer champs that you can't hardcore carry on yet. If a match doesn't feel awful due to bad match making, it tends to feel awful because you can tell from how people are playing and what they say in chat that they don't give the slightest fuck about what happens in the match and they are just fucking around.

I don't even care about my ranking in flex, I just want competitive matches here
