Why is it that DH on twitch doesn't work, when it specifically says that dark harvest procs whenever you damage an enemy. when you have stacks on a champ, you are doing damage. but it wont proc DH, I get that its DOT damage, but I believe that you should change the description of DH to all damage except DOT damage because if not then it's contradictive of how it just states "when you do damage to an enemy under 50% health it will proc DH"

Dark Harvest was modified to not proc on most DoT effects (excluding some sources that I don’t recall). That means Twitch’s passive alone will not proc Dark Harvest, so you’ll have to auto or use E when the enemy is low enough to gain a stack.
