Some questions on the JP server
Since I've moved to Hong Kong and playing with 350-400 ping isn't really fun, I've been thinking of switching to the Japanese server, with a couple of general questions

What is the state of the beta right now? From what I understand pretty much only normal SR queues are available which is fine by me, but how long is the average queue times and would skill disparities be even worse than current NA due to smaller playerbase?

Can I play with an English client?

Are updates in sync with the NA server?
