Singed Viability

he's good with that new item. He's ok im most match ups pre 6, the only champ i've had a real problem with is and you you fight back post 6 with ult you should come out on top in most trades with any other ranged champ, Just don't build more than 2 ap items unless you are really far ahead and remember to always run in zig zags.
