I propose letting his ult stack his passive again but lower the ratio and base. His "mini-game" only works when hes very out of position and dies immediately and laning phase. His combo landing feels rewarding but his ult feels awful to use, even when you trigger his passive.
I think we shoulda all figure out how to play the new Vel'koz first before yelling, "He's different and I don't understand how to play him now so we should revert him."
I'm enjoying the new VELKOZ but if he did need a buff, his ult should apply just one stack of his passive. It's consistent with his old passive too since his ult counts as an ability.
