Can we just discuss how broken Lucian is?
He is honestly stronger then malz with his ghostblade cleaver build, and literally nothing is being done while he is shitting on every other ADC

"Nothing is being done" He's getting nerfed,ghostblade and cleaver aren't which is exactly how it should be
im sorry.... That build completely blows... the only reason u think lucian is op is like they are saying its just the champ.... If he gets 1 kill in lane a good lucian will easily snowball the rest of the game... its just the type of champion he is... But the build is complete and utter garbage
People say the build is garbage but mass results say otherwise. If you can overpenetrate armor they don't have the damage is massive. Late game? A bit different
so was the lucian that rushed reaver into zeal into ie the oringial build is the best build always consistent.. that other build sucks u fall behind and hes useless... idk why people think its good cuz koreans do it
